The hotel was not transparent about the noise from the roof top bar . We did not get any rest the first night . Manager Rami said he would make things right and avoided us the entire time after we sent an email about our concerns . DO NOT STAY HERE! We paid over 2k for three nights and Rami gave us a $50 credit . A slap in the face . Total disappointment .

Our room was nice. The hotel concierge staff was attentive. Maid service was subpar. We repeatedly asked for replacement items and only half were fulfilled. Great central location, but unsure if we will return because of lacking maid service.

It was probably a bad time to stay here, but did not have access to the rooftop restaurant which was the main reason I chose this restaurant. I was disappointed I was charged an extra fee that I could use at its restaurant, which was a huge loss since I went elsewhere for a rooftop experience then left early the next morning Also, it's unbelievable that they charge for wifi and I had very poor phone signal.

In my opinion you are paying for the convenience. The location hotel is perfect. You pretty much can walk to shopping centers and stores. The rooftop is awesome but is hard to get into because of outside reservations.

Great hotel but....

The hotel was in an amazing area. Close to everything, we walked to the river and lots of bars and restaurants. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the Roof top bar/restaurant. Was extremely disappointed when 2 of the portions of this area were blocked off for private events, so we couldn't even go outside or see the area. That was a HUGE disappointment. We also paid for breakfast within the hotels.com app but we definitely didn't get breakfast included. We had to pay an additional $60 for this. Which was also a bummer. Overall the hotel was very well kept, clean, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. And the big soaker bathtub was BOMB!

The location of the hotel is excellent. One block from the river walk and just next to the train station for several lines. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Restaurant and Roof bar were both great. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely reccomend this hotel to friends and family.
