We arrived in CHI around 8 am caught the O-line (orange line) From Midway literally to the front door of the wit for $5. We were able to check in immediately. Zach or Zack the young man who helped us was incredibly professional and kind. He was very helpful with suggestions of what to see and eat. The property is walkable to ALL of the attractions. The hotel was kind enough to keep our bags after check out while we explored the city more since we had a late flight. The property has a beautiful rooftop restaurant. The food was just ok. There are so many food options in the city, save your money and go to one of those.Overall the hotel was nice, clean, quiet and convenient. Perfect for our 39 hour visit. I can't wait to go back.

Very nice hotel and staff. Great dining and drinks. Valet parking is overpriced at $86/per day for overnight parking. In room temperature controls didn’t work properly, but overall great experience and would come back.
