Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion with our room not being ready but staff was quick to accommodate us with a 50$ credit to our room. Overall our stay was wonderful my kids loved the rooftop views, the pool and I loved the gym.

The cleaning services were lacking. We had to ask to have our room cleaned when it still wasn’t cleaned at 5pm. They forgot to refill the coffee pods and water 1 day. And left used towels after one of the cleaning. Sub-par performance for a hotel at these prices.

My brother George and his fiancé Pam were married in the hotel Sunday evening. My girlfriend Stephanie and I needed to buy some proper clothes for this occasion before. The staff provided a driver, Arthur, who took us to and from the Miracle mile to shop just in time for the wedding. My brother had a very joyful celebration and the entire experience was excellent!!! Best wishes for St. Regis and Staff! The next morning we tried out the workout facility and enjoyed exercising together while looking over the Chicago river and Lake Michigan. We loved it!
