Love it

This is a vintage building converted to a hotel in a good way. The room was a suite and was very nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Best of all the front desk lady was so wonderful. She helped get our bags in, helped figuring out parking , was there for anything we needed. Wish it had breakfast options but it did offer room service delivery. As for the hotel I would stay again a million times over but for the city of Chicago that is a disappointment. Beware there is absolutely no parking anywhere you have to walk or taxi everywhere. It’s just to much in one place and chaotic. FYI there is hotel parking if you have a sedan or smaller NO pickups of any size or vans. We paid 40 a day for parking 5blocks away at the Best Western.

10 stars isn’t enough! :) Everything from the sweet ambiance to the quiet rooms to the comfortable beds made the hotel great, but the friendly staff made it incredible, and then it’s walkability and stone’s throw from Lake Michigan views made it incredible!! I’ll stay here for all future trips to Chicago AND recommend to anyone else headed their way!

I had two TVs in the room, and one did not work. Other than that, everything was pretty perfect about this hotel. Room 201 was on the end facing the street, and it’s very spacious and convenient.

Great Value in Chicago

Enjoyable stay. Close enough to Wrigley Field, shops and restaurants that not having a car was not a problem. Beds were really comfortable. Loved the pillows. Will stay here again next trip to Wrigleyville.
