The staff was amazing and very welcoming. It gave very high class! The valet greeted me first and took care of the car the entire trip. He walked my bags in ushering me to the counter and from there the counter took over. We handled check in smoothly and fast. Got to my room and had an amazing view!

This is a great hotel, but I am downgrading it because of its exorbitant and gratuitous Resort Fee, a.k.a.junk fee. Just quote a fair room charge and skip the scam, please.

The location was excellent! Steps from public transportation, shopping and a few blocks from everything! The property was impeccable. The bedding was lovely. The entire staff was incredibly professional, hospitable and friendly. We had spent our first night at a neighboring hotel, but luckily we changed to his property. Staypineapple has a new fan! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We did not have to use any types of transportation besides getting to/from Chicago O’Hare Airport. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the concert at Soldier Stadium. The staff members were all excellent! We called for extra towels, and the towels arrived at our door within 5 minutes. Our room was clean/quiet/comfortable! I would recommend, and we will definitely be staying here again!
