I had a lovely stay with Sofitel. The room was large and I had the use of both a bath and a shower in the en-suite bathroom. The room was also very quiet and so I slept excellently. In addition, it was decorated to a high standard and all of the fixtures and fittings were new. The reception staff were always helpful and courteous, whenever I had any queries. I would definitely return here as this hotel made me feel very comfortable indeed.

Hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and an elegant, luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in the middle of the best shopping abd restaurants in Chicago! Wull definitely be my "go to" hotel in Chitown!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff. French man who checked us in (Pardon me,I forgot his name) was Excellent. He made us feel so welcome. I had a slight mishap with my booking because it was last minute and he helped me book the correct day. The team here is amazing and the room was beautiful.
