Front desk staff were overall pleasant. Latisa was extremely kind and helpful! They were short staffed so no housekeeping/cleaning was available for my 3 night stay. There was a language barrier that did not allow housekeeping to be helpful for questions etc., unfortunately.

Our two-night stay was extremely disappointing. The room was never cleaned, and when we asked for fresh towels, we were told to pick them up at the front desk. When we went down, we were told there were no towels available and were questioned about whether we had even asked for them. We were told to come back in the morning, but the same thing happened again — no towels and the same dismissive response. For the price we paid, the lack of basic service and protessionalism was unacceptable.

Surprise gambling machines, I enjoyed

My room was pretty clean, I think it would benefit from removing the carpet and putting in all tile or laminate floors. Carpets always feel disgusting. The shower was moldy in the corners, I think astronf cleaner and brush would fix. Bathroom was newer and very nice otherwise. Tons of shopping to choose from, is a nice area. Yes to family friendly.
