I had ants in my room around 1am I informed the front desk they switched my room. I told the front desk the following morning and the young man asked me if I left any trash in the washroom or any other place, I told him no and he stated maybe it was the season that they came out , but I didn’t ask for any compensation only an apology. I would never ever stay in a Sleep Inn AGAIN!!!

Friendly Staff

I like the convenience and location of the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast needs to be improved . The eggs were cold, hard and tasteless. The sausage was undercooked. Many food items were inferior. Also our rental was keyed in the parking lot.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room very clean and comfortable! We loved having dining options within walking distance. We had an early flight so we missed breakfast. They called the shuttle for us, so our very first experience overnight in Chicago was stressfree!!
