Lovely stay; room was perfect. Spacious, clean, elegant. Beautiful backyard courtyard with a waterfall fountain gave me a secluded space to relax outside in a very busy neighborhood. The neighborhood was awesome too, so much to see, eat and do. I also got the best massage of my life from the ruby room spa.

comfortable bed, clean space, nice bathroom; very steep steps to climb to the third floor (be aware if you have heavy luggage); no tv or other amenities in the room (much more like a guest room and less like a hotel). great location, but not much else going for it.

Nice room, definitely be prepared for the stairs, two steep flights up to the first floor of rooms. Somewhat odd shared kitchen setup between the rooms. The room was spacious and clean, shower water pressure left something to be desired.

This place is very cute. Our room looked right out on Division which I loved. There is no TV or fridge in the room. There is a little community room in the hallway that has a fridge and microwave. The price was very reasonable for the area. It was only about a 15 minute walk to he Salt Shed. There are a ton of good restaurants right outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Fourth Floor Fitness Test

This place was cute, above the city streets on Division. This room was on the fourth floor, so I was not prepared to lug my heavy luggage up the whining staircase, so just be prepared. Broken shower nob, no wifi..but Cute place.

Location was great with lots of close restaurants and bars. The shower had very little water pressure and could turn off the bathroom light. Clean? Yes. Be prepared for lots of steps as there no elevator to the 3rd floor.

Great location

Great space in a very convenient location. Lots of restaurants in the area and easily walkable to The Salt Shed. Stairs ARE narrow and steep but didn’t bother us.
