All of the staff were incredibly friendly especially Lamar at the front desk. He greated us by our name each time he saw us. The rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing lake view. Simple breakfast but it's what we expected. Meat (bacon or sausage depending on the day), scrambled eggs, potatoes, bread, english muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola and juice. Traveled with a group of friends and they all seemed pleased with their rooms and the service from the staff. Would recommended this hotel to others.

I’ve never had a better hotel experience in Chicago. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, the service was impeccable. It is within walking distance to the stores on Michigan Ave. Breakfast always had a great selection - a great start to the day!
