Warm and Friendly Service

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming - also at checkout the next day. I needed different pillows and they were very quick to bring up what they had. Every interaction with the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite that was very nicely designed and comfortable. Three things that were disappointing 1). No coffee machine in the dining area and the coffee machine in the lobby, kept running out of coffee for the guests. 2). The elevator was very small and had to wait a long time to get on one. 3). We checked out on a Sunday, and there was only one person doing the valet of the cars. We were tenth in line to retrieve our car through valet. My daughter almost missed her flight, because it took so long to get the car. You need more valet staff, especially at checkout time. We were disappointed with the service and being charged $70 daily.

We only stayed one night and it was great! The only complaint I have is there is a $70 valet parking charge that isn’t mentioned anywhere before check-in and there’s not another parking option. Otherwise, everything else was great.
