This was my first trip to Chicago. The front desk was so helpful. They took the time to show me how to ride the train and even printed me a map. I would have liked for there to have been more choices for breakfast. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable in the shadow driver was amazing. I probably will not stay there again because it is so far from where I needed to be
