We got room 134. When we opened the door there was a very bad stench. We left window open and went to have a diner hoping it would air out. But when we came back it was same. Unberabel stench. We asked for diferent room but we ware denided. We went to different motel. I cant belive this was on expedia site. It was terrible.

This hotel has the worst customer service in the world. On June 11th I went to the front desk around 9 AM or maybe 9.30 and the young lady that was in charge couldn't care less. How can you have people so incompetent? If you are in this industry you need to have employees that care about people.

Cheap stay that's close to the airport and blue line. While the outside of the building is in need of some updates the rooms were clean and shower was hot. They only supply a bar of soap so make sure to bring shampoo, no blow dryer either but the TV works and has a decent amount of channels.

I recently stayed at this property and, while some aspects of my visit met expectations, I was unfortunately disappointed by the behavior of the housekeeping staff. During my stay, I found them to be unexpectedly rude, which made the experience less comfortable and welcoming than it should have been. Hospitality is all about feeling respected and cared for, and this interaction really detracted from what could have been a more positive overall impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and communication, as this issue impacted my willingness to return.

Very quiet place if you need to just do a sleep over night stay. Even with the planes fly passed, it was still very comfy for me. 5/5 for quiet/comfy. Rating this 2 out of 10 for cleanliness. Seems like no one cleaned this place but swap out bed sheets. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was an emergency. I’ve stayed at many places and if you get the itc, yep this is it.
