Good location in Chicago, not too far from Union Station. Breakfast was ok. Aircon in room was very noisy, but room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff at front desk were having a bit a of a disagreement with each other when we were checking in which wasn’t a great look.

Beds were not queens they were doubles. Bedding felt damp, even my 18 year old daughter noticed. Wasn't told anything about how to pay for parking. Ended up paying each time we left instead of a flat $64. Ended up paying a total of $117. When I asked about it I was told that the person checking us in should have helped us out with parking and there was nothing they could do about it. Breakfast was not very good and was not stocked well. I was really hopeful and excited to stay here but for the money paid (plus a $150 extra deposit charge that still hasn't been credited back to my account) I left really disappointed.

I can't fully complain it was nice pretty comfortable for the most part. You have to pay for parking at the parking garage. Its cheaper going through the online version then the full hotel. Its $69/day at the front desk $64/day online. And you get the barcode on your phone insted of keeping up with the ticket.

Poor for this price, hidden fees and rude service

Wifi didn’t work throughout my stay, while property still charged their resort fee. They also charged money to store my luggage for the day upon checkout. Front desk wasn’t pleasant nor courteous but rather rude. Hotel rooms are quite dated and cleanliness is questionable

We stayed to take our toddler to the museums. Our room was very nice just some musky water smells, otherwise everything was excellent. Fantastic breakfast we will definitely come back again.
