No valet. Parking garage close but no in and out privileges. Furniture was very low to the ground. Marble slab in shower is very slippery and rubber bath mat doesn't cover the entire slab resulting in a possible falls.

I stayed at this hotel in downtown Chicago for five days, and overall, the experience was disappointing. At check-in on Sept 7 2025 , the staff was rude, he didn’t explain the $250 security deposit, and had me sign a form without clarifying it was for checkout times and policies. No one informed us about the hotel’s amenities, which we had to figure out ourselves. The room was clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable, it took three days to get extra pillows, and staff often acted unavailable or unhelpful. The location is convenient, but the lack of professionalism and poor service made the stay frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort or a welcoming environment

Nice big rook with great bathroom. Shame that the hotel rooftop space in the picture is for functions only, and that I wasn’t given my vip benefits because the hotel isn’t honouring Expedia things anymore (or something), but the desk staff were friendly. Great location.
