Big busy hotel. Well appointed. Conveniently located to downtown. Front desk could be a little more informative about reimbursement fee holds. The Starbucks staff really really needs a class on consumer interaction! Blatantly rude. The restaurants and staff were definitely a go to and with great food and atmosphere you can’t go wrong

We stayed at this hotel due to being walking distance of the soldier field stadium, It met our expectations and the staff was very friendly, The lobby is very nice, the lifts and facilities as well, the rooms are a bit outdated I find for the price we pay, yet a great stay.
