Everything about my stay was great until at about 6:30 am when a power outage set the fire alarm off, causing a fair amount of panic until it was determined that there was no fire. For the rest of the morning the power was off and on causing various beeps from tv’s, wifi routers, and a/c’s rebooting, hence no ability to fall back asleep, wasn’t able to sleep, shower, have coffee in the morning, etc. The place was clean, staff was friendly…everything was good except for the lack of sleep, ability to shower, etc. I think Hyatt should do the right thing and offer a few night or something along those lines. But they probably won’t.

It was such a wonderful experience. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. All the staff was very attentive to every detail pool towel housing keeping was so nice and detailed. Maintenence man was very amicable. All the staff made our stay that much better. We will refer the hotel to all and off course use the hotel for future travel.

Very nice place. They had the bed type that we requested, tv and the phone worked. Much better than the Hyatt Place located in Hoffman Estates. I would recommend this place.

It wasn’t clean: something was splattered on the side of the fridge, carpet was dirty (literal things on floor that could be picked up), bathroom had hair and unknown dirt, the toilet paper holder was broken and sitting on top of toilet. The “security door” was broken so no keycard was needed it just opened. Bed was super firm- like solid. You get what you pay for, it was cheap. We just needed a place to sleep so we took it, but not likely to stay again. Staff were perfectly nice for check in/out.

After having attended a family funeral that morning, we were hoping to check in early before attending a wedding that afternoon. When we asked the hotel staff if that was possible, they were extremely helpful in making that happen. The staff and accommodations were wonderful!
