Had a wonderful experience! The staff was so courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! My only complaint is the parking fee. For the amount of money spent on the room, parking should absolutely be included. Having an additional $55 per night charge is quite expensive in my opinion.

The hotel was nice. Staff was nice. The rooftop bar/restaurant was nice. The only issue was cars doing burnouts in the middle of the street right outside our window at 2:30 in the morning for extended periods of time. This obviously isn’t the hotels fault, but it definitely disturbed us.

Really clean, comfy and responsive hotel. They had a pack n play set up when we arrived, and the included breakfast is really good!. The rooftop restaurant is absolutely gorgeous too- we would absolutely stay here again

Staff was rude. They said our room would be available when we called ahead but then said it wasn’t ready when we arrived with no explanation of why. Desk clerks were condescending and rudely shouted “girls!” to get the attention of our group of adults, not all of whom were even women.
