Early checkin, location close to everything, some buses were inconsistent nearby in arrival times, but we were able to get everywhere with ease. Lower/upper Illinois a little confusing at first. Friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Could use a. Little more space for bags and things. Would prefer no closet. Coach bed was a little dirty under sheets. Good breakfast offered both in food quality and service. overall loved our stay there.

The hotel room was clean and the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was within walking distance to all sights. The only negative was that breakfast was served only until 9am during the week and people were speaking loudly in the hallways late at night.

The staff were amazing! 10/10 The location was great! 10/10 The only downside is that my hall had a noisy family that was yelling between their rooms with the doors open. It was weird, but there isn't much the hotel can do about this.

Great location, nice breakfast selection, very comfortable beds and rooms… only downside which almost every hotel lacks is mirrors!! When you have 4 ladies trying to get around in the morning an extra mirror would be amazing!!

Really great hotel located near several restaurants and blocks from the magnificent mile. The staff were super kind,m and the ambience was really nice. Rhe room was okay yet clean. The only downside about this hotel is that it is directly across the street from a very active fire station. Our room came with a noise counseling machine and earplugs. That is what I mean by very active fire station.
