The hotel is clean and decent, and both check-in and checkout were smooth. However, several service-related issues affected our experience: • No room service: Guests are required to go down to the guest services desk for any assistance. • Breakfast: Included in our booking, but the quality was just average. • No complimentary water: Water bottles were not provided—you have to purchase them. • Toiletries: Some basic items were for sale. Shaving cream was supposed to be complimentary, but it was out of stock. • No housekeeping: Housekeeping did not clean or refresh the room during our entire 2-night stay. • No locker in the room: There was no safe to secure valuables. • Room number issue: Our room had no number plate outside, making it hard to identify. • Airport shuttle: It was included in our booking, but we did not use the service. • Invoice issue: The hotel refused to provide an invoice because we booked through Expedia, even though every other hotel we’ve booked this way has given one. Overall, while the property was clean and functional, the lack of basic amenities and guest-friendly service was disappointing.

The desk person our first night was completely unhelpful. Our room was next to the highway and plane runaway so sleep was tough. There was no dining available and you paid for parking, which was far away and a joke.

I checked in at 9pm after my flight was 2h delayed and I spent 45min sitting on the tarmac waiting for the gate to open upon arrival - I was hungry and asked the bartender if the kitchen was still open (it was). He said "I will get you food if I like you...", I left because I'd rather fast than deal with this joker.

Very sad to review my stay, the room was changed due to the smell like marijuana. Other issue I paid for parking garage and I ended parking outside of the premises because not space available. The breakfast over the weekend was fine but Monday looks like left over. To be honest I will NOT return to this hotel.

Beds were super comfy, staff was great and area felt safe and had lots of dining options. Planes do fly directly over the hotel but to be honest between the AC unit and my own personal travel fan I didn’t hear a single thing! Would definitely recommend if needing to be near the airport, very convenient for getting in and out quickly!

Great place, especially for the money!!!

Very nice hotel. Rates were below competitive! I saved $200 per night vs the competition within walking distance I like clean and cool, got both. Shuttle was quick, both to and from OHare will be my place again!
