We were in town for a concert at United Center. The hotel is OK, but their breakfast is possibly the worst we’ve ever seen. It is quite inadequate. Also, there is no hotel parking and the public parking garage next-door is locked down starting on Saturday at 3 PM and does not open up again until Monday morning at 5:30 AM

We went to our room after finally finding a parking spot on the street, and another patron's belongings were in our room. They had given us a room that was already occupied. They got us another room saying it was a queen like we paid for, but it was clearly a full size bed.

We got into town early and arrived a little before check in time. I didn’t expect to check in right away but stopped at the desk to ask about parking. The lobby smelled terrible, like a port a potty. They said our room would be ready in a half an hour. We went back a half hour later and was told that rooms weren’t ready yet and it would be another 35 minutes. We waited almost an hour (& they started giving rooms to other people that were coming in before we pointed out that we had been waiting a long time, then they finally gave us our room.) The room was tiny but fine. We were late for our dinner reservation and frustrated by the whole experience. (And the front desk wasn’t at all apologetic for the delay, when we were going to miss our dinner reservation to them, they said “well, check in isn’t until 4.”…this was at 4:45.)

We checked in around 5pm, there was no parking available on site, so we were told to download an app and park away from the hotel. It was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. When we came back to our hotel, our key wouldn’t work. We got that fixed and then at 2:30 am we received a call from the hotel phone that woke us. The worker was asking why we didn’t check in and that she was about to cancel our reservation. We couldn’t fall asleep after that and it made our trip exhausting.

Was supposed to have two beds but only got one bed so a bit smaller than anticipated but the only draw back is our tiny room was under a maintenance closet or something it was quite noisy in the morning.
