The room is smelling so bad, I sleep for one night. I have to switch to different rooms but only a little better. The staff & service good especially breakfast have a lot of foods and has changed for next day

Immediately knew our stay was going to be awful from the stench as we walked in to check in. Our room, had a bad smell compared to wet dog. The room was damp and our "sheets" on our bed felt damp. We did not sleep well, our room had "black out" curtains but they did not block out much of the parking lot lights nor the morning sun. We tried to go use the hot tub but the switch did not activate the cesspool of water that looked scummy and not to mention the swim cap that was floating. There was no smell of chlorine which also indicates that the pool and spa is just a petri dish of bacteria. The final reason I am making this review was our complimentary breakfast. This set me over the top. Food looked disgusting, nothing was available and the breakfast area was over crowed with disrespectful people who didn't care about anyone else trying to eat a little bit. One man was even yelling at another older woman for bumping his child that was just enough to tell me and my husband to hit the road. We have stayed in many hotels, but this one has to be the worst we ever stayed at. We will not attempt to stay here again. Beware booking here at all costs.

Fantastic stay, but bring matress pad

Our stay was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool hours, it was open 6am until midnight. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and gave us all the extra blankets and towels we needed. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom of our suite, so it got quite warm in the living area while the kids slept. Also, the mattress was one of the thinnest I've seen on a pull-out bed. But overall a fantastic stay, just bring a mattress pad if you need the pull-out!

We liked the larger size refrigerator, and having a microwave in our room. There is also access behind the parking lot to a nice walking path. Good water pressure in the shower.

While not the newest building, it is in good repair and was clean. The breakfast was typical for a modern chain and quite acceptable. However, there's no night-light in the bathroom (which is a typical but minor fault) and the bed was too hard for this aging side-sleeper. Younger people could probably rate this place a 4 or 5.
