Everything from our check in to check out and airport transportation was literally the SMOOTHEST and most hospitality driven that I have ever experienced as a seasoned traveler! Would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or travelers for conventions or just to take in the downtown Chicago sights. All of the staff was extremely kind and pleasant from the front desk staff, housekeeping and shuttle staff! 10/10 and 5 stars all around! Thank you again for such an amazing stay!

I travel a lot and stay at a lot of different hotels and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! My flight was canceled at O’Hare and rather than spend the night at the airport I decided to treat myself to a hotel room for the night. I picked The Holiday Inn Staybridge because it was cheap. Well you get what you pay for. I would’ve been better off sleeping at the airport and that is no exaggeration. The reason is the room was so noisy you could get NO sleep. The air conditioner unit had wind coming through - no matter how light the wind was. It would whistle/howl nonstop all night. It would stop for like 10 minutes and then start again, and it was actually so loud that you could not sleep. Turning on the tv didn’t help - the howl was so loud it would overpower even the TV. The next day on the shuttle back to the airport, I asked other people whether they had the same experience and they all did. I had called downstairs for a new room, but of course they said they had none which I don’t think was true. So I had asked for someone to come up and fix the howl. He said that it was just the wind whistling through the air conditioning units and they couldn’t do anything about it at all. Nicest guy in the world. I feel bad for him because he had to deliver the news that there was nothing he could do. Upon checkout I complained and asked for some compensation and the desk clerk just smiled (no apology even) and said to call his manager. Don’t go here if you want sleep!!!

Stayed at the Hiliday Inn to go to a concert at Allstate Arena. Perfect location for that ( walking distance). Lots of typical dining options around. Friendly staff.

Amazing room for the price. Staff was wonderful, surrounding area is questionable, but it’s minutes from O’Hare so no problem. Could’ve stayed at the hotel on the airport property, but it was 3 times the cost. Definitely would come back when in Chicagoland.
