Great stay!

Great overnight stay for a birthday, weekend getaway. Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean. Bar was nice and a vibe.

-Staff members were unkind, dismissive and unpleasant. -Room was decent but no fitted sheet on the bed, just a mattress pad when I called the front desk they said they “prefer not to use them because of the mattress size” but they could send one up to the room. Never sent it up. - Upon arrival we requested late check out, next day we confirmed the late check out before heading out, front desk attendant was RUDE and she “guessed they could do that but the lady prior didn’t even put it in the computer” - The $26 breakfast was inedible and gross. Pay $26 if you want cold cereal, and possibly a decent bagel. - The view from our high city view room was underwhelming, with a nice view of a parking garage. I will not stay again.

Convenient location

This is our go to hotel when we travel . It is close to the train station and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
