My 3rd time staying here. I find something new to see or do near the property each time I stay. I was disappointed to find strands of hair in the shower. And there was the smell of urine at the toilet. Other than that, the staff was very nice, and I like the dining choices near the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, the experience was disappointing. While the hotel itself is fairly standard, the prices are quite high for what you get. What really stood out—in a negative way—was the customer service. The front desk staff, especially the lady I interacted with, was unfriendly and not helpful at all. It felt like a bother to ask simple questions or request basic assistance. For the cost, I expected much better service and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other options.

The front desk had a sign saying, “If you don’t like something, let us know and we’ll make it work — guaranteed.” I asked to switch from a King to a Double Queen room — they were sold out, which was fine. But when I asked to change to a different King room due to an unpleasant parking lot view, they refused because I booked through Expedia. Rooms were still showing as available online, yet I was told they were all checked in. Disappointing experience that didn’t match their promise.
