One of the best bargains in town, quick check in with professional service, a nice bank of fast elevators with secure usage, large, clean rooms, good amenities for bathing and coffee, safes that are easy to use, a buffet breakfast that could use a little variety, and a pool I used to swim laps in. The best part, it’s close to everything and the Red Line train to Wrigley is less than a 5 minute walk away!

Nice hotel in a convenient location

Arrived around 12:30pm. Initially my Hotels.com reservation couldn't be found, but was quickly resolved as they are in-between systems. A shout-out to Yolo for getting us squared away. We opted not to pay $25 extra for early check-in, but took advantage of their complimentary luggage holding service. Came back around 2:45pm and was able to check-in without the additional charge. Hotel lobby was beautiful, and room was very nice. Our room was on the top floor (12th floor). The only complaint was the water pressure, or lack thereof. Location was very convenient to the Red Line.

This is a downtown Chicago property, so the check-in is sketchy. Park in the street with blinkers on and go inside to register. The staff were very nice, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet, with a great bed and a clean bathroom.
