The first hotel room I’ve stayed in without an in room refrigerator in a very long time. (No place to refrigerate medications). A couple of other things could have made the stay a little more convenient - It would have been nice to have a cup or glass at the bathroom sink, Kleenex box had 3 tissues upon arrival, shower gel in the dispenser refilled- none for the whole 3 days. Small things that make a difference when traveling.

Property had dog feces all around it i had a shower that was difficult to get in and out of and was dirty. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself after finding a local store. Had teens running up and down hallway, a door knock at 130 am one night. The bartender did not know how to make simple drinks properly, but restaurant knew how to make a steak!!!!

Upon arrival the property seemed very nice. When checking in, the machine to run the credit card didn’t work so the women behind the counter ran it. I knew the amount cause I had reserved it through Expedia so I didn’t think to ask how much she was putting on the card. When I got to my room, it was $100 over what it should be. I’m assuming that’s a security deposit and will be refunded, but it would have been nice if I was told that. The room is pretty dates. I turned on the tv and the signal kept dropping and it just wouldn’t work. I went to call the front desk, but non of the hotel buttons (front desk, room service, housekeeping… ) work. I pulled the tv out from the wall and fixed it enough for the time being. Very frustrating.

I felt like I walked into the movie Home Alone with the decor of this place. Dirty and grimy with the walls falling apart everywhere in the room and outside. I could handle outdated if it was clean but it was so disgusting. If we could have gone elsewhere, we would have just left. The sheets had stains all over that looked like blood. The carpet was sticky. It smelled like a combo of body odor and mold. Not to mention the TV didn’t even work most of the time. Even after calling down to the front desk twice. Which I had to use my cell phone because the phone also didn’t work. I hate to say it but this place needs to be torn down and get a fresh build. I don’t think it could even be remodeled. I did love the location though and there was lots of parking! The price was good too. This should not be called a doubletree by Hilton.

Best sleep ever

The rooms were spotless. I had the best sleep in years on the bed in our room. Desk staff extremely pleasant and not at all stingy with the cookies. Only staying at Hilton hotels
