No dining service after breakfast. No snacks or even a water fountain available for guests. Hotel to far from town. No decent restaurants near hotel. Swimming pool dirty. Patio furniture dirty. I will never book this hotel again.
Reception & cleaning staff very friendly though!

Clean room, very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was great. The perfect hotel near to the train station, that allowed us to explore Verona for the day!

Breakfast was not very good. Bread was old, plus there were a lot of sugary things.

A nice hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to from Porta Nuova and also a short walk to Piazza Bra and Via Mazzini. The staff are so helpful. We had lunch at the hotel which was nice and great value. Also nice cocktails served by pleasant bar staff. All in all I would recommend this Hotel.
