This hotel was fantastic. From the get-go the front desk guy was kind, welcoming, and very helpful after a long and exhausting drive. We stayed in an amazing room that had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for our family of six!! And they have dinner Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights— which, again, the value for a family of six who had been eating out for a week already, was amazing. The food was great, breakfast and dinner. The pool was a comfortable temp, the hot tub was welcome after the long travel. This was the perfect stay for us: we will definitely be looking for Staybridge Suites in future travels.

The staff have been friendly and helpful throughout my extended stay. The Monday-Wednesday evening meal has been a great boon after a work day, and is typically quite good. Daily breakfast provides great options, including a yogurt bar with a variety of fresh-cut fruits, waffles, and a rotation of various hot eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits to name a few. Highly recommended.

I’m a prior h.k manager and if I was the hk manager of this property I would seriously be evaluating getting different staff. You can tell they haven’t prob done deep cleans since they opened.. and the stuff the housekeepers did miss cleanliness wise was stuff that you can’t just overlook. Also my husband is retired army and he was outside on the phone and the maintenance guy came out and told my husband he needed to leave cause he was loitering and that there had been customer complaints, there wasn’t one person that came out or went in the entire time he was standing outside he wasn’t by a window and wasn’t being loud… so my husband politely said what you want me to leave even though I have a $200/night suite here? The maintenance guy didn’t even say sorry and just walked away… so highly irritated.

Due to a death in the family I’ve stayed here twice in the last month. Both times very friendly staff, very clean, very accommodating as the first time we got snowed in-yes snow in the end of April-and had to stay an extra night! Thankful for a nice place to stay!
