The property was not at all what was portrayed on the site. Very run down and limited. No available vending machine. No guest access to ice machine. No inside common area. The furniture and beds broken down and in extreme need of a renovation. It could be a great property if it were upgraded. Don’t spend the extra money for the breakfast that stays the same all weekend and is only served from 8-9 am, no water and one must not be late in that hour if coffee is wanted. No hangers for my clothes no pen or paper, no available menus either. The night young man was pleasant but not a hospitality worker. Good luck with the lady who runs the window for all transactions all day. The place is locked up all day and there is no extra anything. Carpets furniture and bedding so old and worn. The housekeepers do what they can with the tools they are given. Oldest mop I have seen in decades! Many other options close, to bad it could be a cozy place.

The check in process was very easy. The room was clean. The bathroom was large and had lots of room to hang clothes. There was lots of room in there for the luggage rack. The made to order breakfast was delicious from 8-9. Coffee was ready at 7. The property was quaint with the mountain vibe. Shops were within walking distance

Rolling Hill Lodge is a far cry from their website information. For a $100 plus a night I expected more. Check in was through a window and not very personable and very little information given. Room ok but you had to look around to fine small notes of paper telling you how the shower works (most screwed up thing I've ever seen and I'm 76 years old), what the wi fi was, had two different ones in our room which caused problems trying to use my computer. Wife took a shower and walked around room barefooted and had to rewash her feet as they were black from the dirty carpet. I in turn walked around in white socks which became black socks. room small 11 ft by 15 ft. breakfast made to order is not that, had breakfast tacos and it was not very good, the fruit with it was good. Did not eat breakfast there again. need a stool in bath to use when dressing, etc. also better lighting as using mirror to shave is very hard to see, and the tube has very high sides, also need a second chair in room so two people can seat down without using the bed. TV did not come in clear, guess that's the cable company. I can not in good faith give this place more than one star. I would tell others to use name brand hotels with free breakfast.
