Be prepared to walk and know what hotel you are in. Inside the halls to each section are marked with Hotel only… not identified with name of tower. Overall a beautiful facility and very comfortable.

Room ac and microwave did not work, front desk staff rude, room downgraded with no compensation moving me from the new tower I reserved and paid for to the old tower that still reaks of smoke. Requested assistance from desk more than once and didn’t get a reply until after 11 pm by them calling my room and waking me up the night before I was checking out to ask if i wanted to change rooms. Not happy or impressed.

The toilet moves when you sit down on it. The bathroom sink stopper doesn’t work. This was the first time we had stayed here. We have stayed at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa and the employees there are super nice and friendly We usually stay at one on the hotel near there. The biggest problem was rude employees!! I will not ever stay there again.

Our room was clean and roomy enough for a couple nights. The fridge was small, wouldn't accommodate a small take out box. Bathroom was very nice. The bed was super comfy. The staff was great. Very attentive and helpful. The restaurants were really good. The convenience being able to walk to everything was nice. The Mandara Spa was absolutely amazing!! The massage therapists were truly the best. The only thing that was disappointing was that my husband and I couldn't enjoy the hot tub/heated lounge chairs/sauna together. It was all so nice and relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time, we would've just really loved experiencing it all together. It was a great experience and we we'll definitely do it again.

The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke in all the common areas and hallway to our room. The AC didn't cool the room and the remote didn't work properly. Despite paying additional for a mountain view, our view was of a parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Do NOT use the kiosk to check in if you booked on Expedia, even though it might take you over an hour to reach the front desk because they only have two people working. We specifically booked (and paid over $20 extra for) a non smoking room, but arrived in the room to find a smoke stink and ashtrays. After waiting a lengthy time in line finally reached the front desk and showed our confirmation of a non smoking room. We were then haughtily told because we booked on Expedia they have no control of what room we get and there was nothing they could do. I demanded to speak to the manager and after a heated argument he finally agreed to move us to another room, but (at 7pm) it wasn't ready yet. We wasted several hours of our vacation just trying to get what we paid for. If they don't want to advertise with Expedia, nobody's forcing them to. This was the worst excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this hotel due to it's front desk staff.

Our room was shabby. Missing tile pieces in the entry area. with pieces just missing / showing the bare wall.. Light switch fixtures were loose / not completely attached to wall in the bathroom.
