Pros-Beautiful scenery with river off balcony. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and gas stations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons- Stains throughout carpet, furniture dated , mattress was old and lumpy. When I started the water for the bathtub , a huge clump.of hair came floating from drain, it'was really gross. Towels- there were 3 small bath towels available for 2 of us to use over 2 days- advise to bring your own.towels. For the price, it was acceptable with great location and view.

The room had a patio overlooking the main canal. It was fun to watch boats going by. The room was large. The TV was very small and there was enough space for a comfortable chair...but there was none. No breakfast -just coffee. Price was good. Would stay there again if we are in the area.

Owners were very nice and the only thing we noticed was the sink faucet didnt have very much pressure and there was a gap between rug and hard floor that should be taken care of in room 107. Could be a slight trip hazard, Other than that it was great.

All the rooms have a great river view and either a balcony or patio, which is lovely. That one factor made all the difference in our stay. Otherwise, it was average. An older motel and could use updating, but it was reasonably clean.

Owner/Manager was willing to add an extra night prior to our arrival but moved us to a double queen room at $20 extra. The room was on the 1st floor. The bed was comfortable , but the room needs updating, the mineral build up on the shower faucet and shower head were gross. Appears hotel is being renovated. Sounded like workers were painting or doing something very noisy until after 10pm and starting again around 6:20am. I understand renovation is noisy but don’t expect people to be OK with trying to sleep in the room underneath! Room is facing a canal and that is nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes, including finding cigarette butts in our room under the bed. Older place with wore down accommodations, broken chairs, stain on sheet, ceiling tiles in bathroom were falling down. Ice machine was shut off during a hot weekend. Being on the river was convenient.
