Hotel is in a great location. Only real issue is the restaurant. Made a reservation for dinner after a long drive only to discover they had no vegetarian option and were unwilling to make anything. Not what I would have expected of a best western.

Ibis Budget Poitiers Nord Futuroscope
Terrible stay. Arrived very late after a long 1,800km drive and the room was small, crowded and no working AC. No staff to complain to. Hugely disappointing. Be careful if you arrive outside of business hours.

Parking was free and just outside the hotel, breakfast was continental and ok. Staff were very good and the room was clean and tidy.

Hôtel AKENA POITIERS NORD FUTUROSCOPE
Although I had booked two prepaid rooms, I didn’t actually stay here. When I checked in, the location, grounds, reception area and the rooms I was shown were so run down and in dire need of renovations, I left and found alternative accommodation. The hotel did not refund any money.
