Hallways were left uncleaned the entire 5 day stay. Stayed on floor 19 and the same garbage was seen every day we stayed meaning staff saw the trash on the floor and just left it. For me, that's bad customer service. The location is of course great but just disappointing to see such a lack of care ...

Good experience, only downsides are the bettors employees are pretty aggressive after we said no to opening mobile accounts. Also the hotel carpet in the hallway looks really dirty
