Across the road from Haymarket, decent bar adjoining hotel. Room quite small but fine for a couple of nights or so. Only problem was seal on window wasnt great so could hear qind whistling and traffic noise. Black out blind also had a tear which let in light too early. Decent value though.

Dakota Edinburgh
Great hotel. It has become my go-to for work trips. Only complaint is the gym doesnt open until 7am, so if you need to get onto the city, you cannot work out on the morning. Room could benefit from a coat hook, but overall a very good place to stay.
