The Gainsborough Bath Spa
Dated room facilities; shower one old showerhead with no handheld. This for a modern day hotel, especially a suite is poor and doesn’t reflect value. Breakfast choice was limited, free spa periods were overcrowded. Gym had old limited equipment and cobwebs in the corners and windows.

Took 4 attempts to get non feather pillows then breakfast the next morning took 25 minutes to get pot of tea and was even asked after 20 minutes what coffee had we wanted. Lovely clean hotel and room. Cannot fault the place. The staff we spoke to were polite and attentive. We just used the room as a base whilst visiting my daughter at university. Didn’t eat at the hotel. Good value for money and will return.
