Bed is very firm but surprisingly not too uncomfortable otherwise it was excellent, very good value, only thing to note is there is no parking and parking in bath can be quite expensive, ours was about £60-70 for the 4 days Staff were lovely and very friendly everytime we entered the hotel etc.

All of the staff were absolutely amazing, they were very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful for shopping, food, and sightseeing. I was even able to extend my stay by a few days without any issues and was even offered a discount when you become a Z hotel member. I highly recommend staying here.
