Since this is a place whose name I didn't recognize, I was taking a chance. But the rate was good and the reviews were good, so I reserved a room. Overall it was a good experience. The biggest "dings" on the rating: the glass doors and windows as you enter the property were smudged and needed cleaning; the help at the desk was friendly but the two people I interacted with were dressed like they were going to be doing yard work instead of customer service; the door to some type of storage closet by our room was help open or unlocked by a towel wedged in the doorway. These are nit-picky things, I know, but first impressions matter. Coming into the entryway of the lobby looked a little sketchy, so if I didn't already have a reservation I might be tempted to walk out. However, the room itself was great and fairly quiet even though on a busy street. The breakfast was pretty good -- you can't go wrong with waffles. Restaurants are abundant along the street, and the motel is right off the interstate. All in all, a good experience and a great value.

What you see is what you get. The rooms are decently renovated, but the hallway gives motel vibes. The lobby and eating area are small, but itā€™s fine enough. We had 2 rooms. Both were relatively clean inside and furnished as pictured, but one was infested with ants. The chairs and couches need to be cleaned but beds were comfy. Thereā€™s free breakfast, but it ends at 9am. And they wonā€™t extend checkout beyond 11:30. The staff was a bit testy and bordering on rude, but we made it through our 1 night with few issues. Book it if you need the most basic accommodations at a low price. Just call ahead and request a room without bugs.

The rooms were very clean and hotel was quiet! Staff is incredible! Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping in case you forget anything. We came to town early for a concert so being close to these things was great! Iā€™d definitely stay again and recommend!
