My toilet wouldn’t flush after my first use in room. No one answered my phone calls from the room to front desk. After sharing my unfortunate situation with front desk staff, I was handed a plunger in a plastic bag. Not the solution I was hoping for. My room, especially the bathroom, smelled like dog. It was bad enough that I canceled my second night stay due to the odor.

We had to change our room three times, the first was covered in mildew and smelled of urine. The second, smelled of urine, the lights werent working, and the third was better but not much, it smelled of mildew but no urine, the sofa was covered in stains, the floor had something sticky on it. The front desk had a cricket crawling around and the staff seemed unconcerned. The front desk team was nice but the hotel and grounds are not well maintained.

Wouldn’t do that again.

The rooms were outdated. Lots of small details in the room were not cleaned - corners, walls, furniture. Broken light switch in the room. Stained sheets. People were coming down without shoes on for breakfast which was off putting. It was LOUD. Think people racing down the hallway of the third floor at 11pm loud. The pool area was SOAKED, dirty towels everywhere, zero clean towels. We didn’t swim long because of the behavior of those in and around the pool made it unsafe. The front desk staff seemed friendly, the lobby was clean, breakfast had a good variety.

Disgustingly Dirty Hotel

The room was disgusting, there were potatoes chips in the bed even though it had been made! Dust everywhere. Something disgusting stuck to the side of the toliet. More potato chips on the couch, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We did get moved to another room, but that one was almost as dirty.
