There was a small issue with prepaying for valet and then it not showing up upon check-in, but at check-out the next day the staff handled the issue very quickly with a reimbursment. We felt very taken care of. Great stay, clean room, great area with many restaurants that we could walk to and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and professional and made sure we were comfortable. The room was also very nice with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and the Zenology soaps and shampoo are excellent. The only thing I would improve on is the menu at the Wanderer Cafe. The food is good just not a whole lot to chose from.

Modern, well-located hotel

Great location for downtown attractions or business. Elegant modern finishes add a touch of luxury (loved the tiled bathroom!). Restaurant/bar on-site with surprisingly good food and interesting selection of local beers. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
