Staff went out their way to accommodate family members visiting me. I had a great room, just as I asked for (OCEAN VIEW). Housekeeping was exceptional. Everything was great. The only thing is that the room did not have a microwave. Had to pay $20

perfect for someone wanting to go shopping. Hated the highway construction that made it difficult to get to the hotel. I know, not much hotel can do about that. However, it would affect any return trip I might make.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I am pleased with this hotel. I would not continue to stay at this hotel if I were not pleased with the facilities, personnel and service. This visit, I want to make special mention of the front counter clerk, name Precious. On her own initiative, she went above and beyond to solve a room selection situation.
