We like to stay here as it is easy to get to off the highway and it's easy to avoid the morning traffic when we are headed south.

The room was clean and the staff were nice, but the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast selection was horrible and there wasn’t laundry services. Were close to stores and restaurants and was in a quiet area.

Convenient location near Lookout Mountain. Front desk staff were very friendly. Arrived later in the evening after traveling all day and all we needed was a place to sleep, shower and grab a light breakfast - this place checked all of those boxes for a reasonable price. Room was nicely updated, clean and we were surprised that it was fairly quiet despite being located right by the highway. The AC worked well, bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Breakfast had limited options but was ok, although husband said the coffee was undrinkable. Definitely not a luxury resort but it's an overall good value for an overnight travel stop.

I added in my message on hotels.com that I wanted early check-in around 1:00 or so. Never heard a response from the hotel. Traveling with my 92-year-old mom. They would not let me get into the hotel until 3:30. Not very happy with that. Otherwise it was okay. Rooms were clean. Door to the bathroom needs planing room 117. Door very loud when opening and closing. I mean it's an older hotel that has been refurbished to some point. Very convenient to Rock City, cracker barrel and other attractions.

Bare bones hotel. It was clean and check in was easy, although I had a question about check in time the day before we arrived and no one answered the phone for many rings. The tile floor on a ground floor room was chilly and the bedding was minimal. We asked for extra pillows but they said they didn’t have any so we didnt bother asking for more blankets. The temps were too cool for A/C and too warm for heat (it was upper 60s) so I spent the 1st hour after getting in bed shivering. The wall unit was open to the outside so the air was either freezing or very humid & tepid at higher temps. The room was clean. Toilet paper fixture came out of the wall when you used it. Flies coming out of the sink drain. It felt safe. Clean parking lot. Their signage says "eco-friendly" but I really think they're just being cheap. It was a safe place to sleep for one night but don't expect any additional comforts.

A/c was good. Set warm when we entered, cooled down quickly once we reset. Wall thermostat used, much more efficient than older style machine adjustment in other places. Bed mattresses firm, nice linen. My partner said shower was excellent: good temp changes, strong water pressure, no moldy smell. Checked in late, night clerk was courteous, efficient. Quiet at night, no excess freeway sounds. Overall nice place to sleep, get ready for next day's drive. Only problem: parkingl lot a bit narrow, w/ abrupt drop off, most everyone chose to back in.If not, must be very careful.

The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The rooms are clean and more than adequate. I was in town for business and getting into downtown Chattanooga only ever took 10-15 minutes.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, bedding was clean. I loved that, there wasn't carpet on the floors. Small pancakes at breakfast were good, but breakfast could be better. I would defiantly recommend this place, it was excellent for the price.
