When I got to the hotel they couldn't find my reservation. I waited for an hour in the lobby while Expedia tried to call and work with them, but after an hour and 4 transfers through an out-of-country call center Expedia was told for me to cancel the reservation and get a refund. Luckily i was checking in early and had time to get another hotel for the night, but this could have REALLY screwed up a trip I'd it was the main stay for a multi-day trip. The front desk was nice enough trying to help, but I'll never trust making reservations with them again.

This property is central to Hamilton Place, great location. However, pictures are deceiving. The reception area is the nicest part of the property. The room had a wet dog odor to it. The carpet left my feet dirty. It needs updating.

Great little gem of a hotel in Chattanooga!

Great hotel little gem. We came to Chattanooga TN for the Jfest 2025 at Tennessee Riverpark. Hotel was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping areas. Our room was as clean as one will expect a room to be, and had everything needed for our two night stay. Rooms come with nicely sized complimentary hand soap/lotion, bodywash gel, shampoo and conditioner. They all smelled so good that we did not use toiletries we brought. Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Pool area, fire pit area and hotel landscaping was so pretty and super clean as expected in any great hotel! Grayson was the Lobby Associate. She had excellent guest interaction skills and very detail oriented. She noticed we had put our room keys close to our phones and once she noticed that proactively asked for keys to fix them so we will not have to come back down to lobby to have them re-activated. I truly appreciated that. It had been a while since I last traveled and had forgotten about that.

I stumbled onto this property and trusted the reviews I saw on Expedia, and they were totally right. I stayed at this property for four nights on a business trip, and I will not hesitate to return. The desk staff was totally professional. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance or a short distance by UBER.
