Smelley in the mountains

It did not look like the picture, it was and smelled, it had leaks in the hallway ceiling, carpet was nasty. They had breakfast but the hotel smelled so bad I couldn't eat there.

The health department should shut this place down. I was put in a room that had urine stains all over the bedding the towels had blood and feces stains on them. The ac didn’t work, there were stains All over the carpets. The bathroom fan didn’t work the handicap railing was broken off and metal was sticking out and it was all rusted. You needed a tetnus shot to shower in it. The chair was broken, the room had a foul order. There was holes in the walls and toilet paper was wadded up and shoved in the holes. When I went to the front desk to complain she said there was nothing she could do. Management was supposed to contact me that was 4 days ago still nothing just crickets! Do not go here!!

Horrible!!!

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in! Disgusting!! In addition to being filthy and rotting, the first room they gave us air didn’t work. Then the second room the sheets had what appeared to be blood and urine on them from the previous guest!

our room was fairly clean. The pool area was absolutely terribly dirty in the pool was equally as bad. We had to switch our room because the air conditioner would not cool. The front desk gal was very nice and got us taken care of with another room.

The room was dirty upon arrival. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, the rugs torn, and gashes/holes in the door and interior walls. The bed was against the wall so you could only get in on one side (a problem when there are two people!) The rooms did NOT match the photos on the site where we made reservations. We will NEVER return to this hotel!

Front desk staff rude, mold in room, light fixture in bathroom hanging out of ceiling, outlets broken and with no cover, rust on refrigerator, floorboards molded and missing, carpets disgusting with stains, screaming and fighting next door, drug deal gone bad, strong smell of marijuana in halls, should I go on? Dont rent from here.

This was the nastiest hotel I ever stayed in. We had to switch rooms because of the air conditioning breaking. Stains all over the hallway carpeting. My daughter’s room , she found s..t in the bedding. We had to have them change the sheets. A disgusting hotel! Can I have my money back please??? And our 1st room we walk in smelled of smoke. As I was browsing your site kept moving my date after i set it and during one of my checks i didnt change the date back to what i wanted and i booked the wrong day and it cost me a night i didnt want to pay for. Will not stay again. Cleanliness was zero. Could not control the temperature in the room went to the front desk. They weren’t sure how to control it either. They were Burns on the comforter that was on the bed. The rugs were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Everything was dirty.
