Beautiful stay in the heart of Charlotte

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. We enjoyed the restaurant and the in-room espresso machine. The gym is large with very nice equipment. We will be back!

Problem with AC/Heat. Unable to be repaired during our stay. The management did what they could to make us comfortable, and some compensation. Elevator was out of order so had to use the stairs. Didn't go to the gym. Food was good at the restaurant, especially the breakfast

This boutique hotel was a great place to stay. I was on a business trip so i ordered room service for dinner and Breakfast. The food was delicious. All staff were dressed very professional and very nice. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful boutique hotel directly across the street from Belk theater at Blumenthal PAC in the arts district. Great surrounding street life and local establishments. The hotel is exquisite and the rooms nicely appointed. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the onsite, third-party valet. It is absurdly expensive ($55/night) and very slow to retrieve our car in the morning (25 mins). Try to find a local garage for cheaper - there are plenty around.

Would not recommend this hotel

The neighborhood is not safe. The valet service was never outside when you pulled up. The hotel staff was not very helpful when you needed help with the valet app on your phone. They do not call the car for the guests. The elevators were not working. They did not have change for larger bills when I needed it change There is a nightclub across the street that plays music extremely loud till 2 AM

Gorgeous room. My favorite hotel in Charlotte. It made it hard to want to go out into the city because the room was that nice. The only thing I thought was strange was the bathroom had a huge window next to the bathtub and that window overlooked a day care playground facility. I think the floor to ceiling bathtub windows facing this facility would more appropriately be stained or blurred to where you can not see out/in.
