We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and quiet. We were greeted with a hotel social hour featuring complimentary beer and wine, as well as a Mac & Cheese bar (a very nice touch). Apparently, they host this event on Monday evenings. The lobby was warm, cozy, and decorated for fall. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The courtyard is lovely, and the pool looked clean (although we unfortunately didn't get a chance to enjoy it). It is right next to a cute sushi restaurant, and we enjoyed our breakfast - definitely above average for a hotel breakfast. I appreciate the efforts they made to go above and beyond.

Our well-appointed one-bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. The cold citrus water at the entrance and complementary cookie was welcome after the long drive. The bed was comfortable, the suite was spacious, and kitchen had all that we needed. The pet-friendly room is a plus. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Overall a great stay!

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Hotel in Ballantyne, North Carolina, and had a very decent experience overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our stay pleasant. The breakfast was good and provided enough variety to start the day right. Our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located with local shops nearby, and it’s not too far from the airport or other parts of town. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay that met our expectations.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean. Hotel is outdated. Very, very noisy hallways. Not the hotel's fault, but inconsiderate guests. Slamming of doors all day long. Inconsiderate parents letting their kids roam free in the courtyard, kicking footballs over our heads, screaming, again...not the hotels fault. I also did not like that after breakfast the area was kept very dark, seemingly to discourage guests from sitting there. I could hardly see the coffee station and had to ask to have some light turned on. Very uninviting. Leave those curtains open to let in some sunshine from the beautiful courtyard.

Excellent hotel for a traveler needing a full kitchen in the room (fridge, dish washer, microwave, stove) plus tableware & silver. The added perk of a complete breakfast (with fruit!) and three evening meals was really appreciated. This location was well maintained, room was clean and well-serviced. Highly recommended.

Traveling solo with 2 kids under 2 years old and needed to check in early. Ms. CJ and staff made the process so easy! From providing an accessible room on the 1st floor to adding 2 cribs and even offering to assist getting our things into the room. This really made the stay, but I cannot leave out the fact that the place was clean and well kept, the included breakfast was great and had lots of selections and I slept like a baby once my babies were asleep!!!

One of the better hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff here is exceptional. First hotel this year where EVERYTHING works. SAFE, local police patrol heavily at night. Quiet and comfortable. Nothing to complain about, highly recommend
