Modern amenities and a newer building. Front dersk was very welcoming. I was disappointed there is no breakfast served. I may beb wrong but I'm pretty sure it was offered in the list.

Cynthia at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. She led us outside to point us toward the train to Bank of America stadium and made two trips ro our room on the fourth floor to delivery sheets for the pull out couch and extra towels.

Perfect for overnight stay

Perfect for a One night stay after an event. Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Hotel was safe, clean and very quiet! We would definitely stay here again when in the area. We had a suite And for the price you can’t beat it!

We were in town for an event at B of A stadium. Location is ideal - commuter train across the street into downtown- and the hotel even has chalk arrows on the sidewalk to direct you! Room was comfortable and staff was helpful. Recommend Delivery pizza from Toppers pizza. It was great!

Lovely property and great nightly rate; conveniently located to light rail; front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Bathroom lighting was a bit dim and some kind of breakfast (even continental) would have made the stay perfect. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This hotel is under new management. You can tell they are working on updating it because some things are outdated. But they make up with it with the front desk team. They are super friendly and make checking in so easy. They also give you a car pass as security makes rounds outside so car also felt safe. Even though the room was a bit outdated it did come with nice updates like the Roku Tv so you can watch YouTube or Tubi without a login. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

We stayed the night there after the Metallica concert on May 31. This place had the total set up. They even had the path marked to get to the train station that took us to the stadium. The staff were completely helpful on every question we had. Very amazing. On top of that they had the best rate when I booked. If I ever need to spend time in Charlotte again….they will definitely get my business.
