Check in where I was charged again even after informing the male person at the desk my reservation is paid in full. He did not take the time to investigate my claim and just stated that the reservation needed to be paid. I thank Hotels for resolving the issue in which they conclude that the male person was rude and did and probably was in training or did know what he was doing. Secondly, no iron in my room and no one follow-up my request for an iron. Thanks to the person that cleans the rooms, he got me an iron.

The front desk was very kind, the lobby is small but looks as pictured here. We arrived for a late check in, around 10pm. When we got to our room, the hall smelled like weed, the doors in the middle of the hall were boarded and the room was dirty. We unloaded the car and turned around and loaded it right back up. I booked the room through Travelocity and paid at checkin, the manager was called by the front desk staff. The manager who was called asked if I had been in the room, when I told them yes, which was why we wanted a refund, they told me they would not refund our room since they had to hold it for my reservation. I called the next day and was told they just needed a call from Travelocity, but the hotel is unable to be reached by Travelocity now.. The rooms do not appear to be wiped down and cleaned, only spot cleaned and the beds were made. The sliding glass door on the first floor is permanently locked and deadbolted and the outside grassy areas are littered with cigarette butts. This place seems to either be falsely advertised or has significantly gone down hill in a years time.

It was ok not the best but not the worst cleaning could have been better instead of the hotel being clean clean when I got there I had to clean the room all over again just to feel comfortable.But other than it was ok the cleaning staff coming to the door was nice.

I arrived after 3:00 p.m and the room I was given was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Then I was told it would take 10-15 minutes and it took 45 minutes for it to be ready. Once we got in the room we wasn’t even settled an hour and a mouse was running around our room. I immediately went to the front desk and upon changing my rooms they wanted me to pay a deposit! I will never stay at this dump again!
