Girls Trip

The front desk staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were told to get with the sales manager to comp our breakfast. The next morning, we were told that we had to pay for the breakfast and once the manager arrived we would have the opportunity to speak with him. He never came to our party while having breakfast and we were notified that since we booked with Hotels.com he was unable to offer any “perks”. Which has nothing to do with us paying for breakfast. The breakfast was only $8 but the principal behind how we were treated was unacceptable. I will say the gym, outdoor pool and rooms were great. But the channel selection left a lot to be desired.
