We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Uptown Charlotte on Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had a modern feel throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The bed was cozy, and we really appreciated the little touches that made the stay relaxing. The location is perfect—right in Uptown, within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and attractions, which made exploring Charlotte so convenient. The amenities were also a plus. The lobby area was inviting, and the on-site dining options made it easy to grab a bite without having to leave the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Uptown Charlotte to anyone visiting the area. We’ll be happy to return on our next trip!

Good location..close walk to blue rail train..whole foods 5 minute walk away..hotel across street from nascar museum..friday night LOUD car/mororcycle racers along street..could easily hear in our room on 12th floor..also noisy between rooms that night..overall a very nice hotel though...no free breakfast or parking though..$35 daily parking/$14.95 daily breakfast buffet

Great location and beautiful

Hotel is in a great location for seeing Charlotte. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Our first room was missing a remote for the TV, and when maintenance did not respond quickly, the front desk moved us to a larger room on the same floor. Parking and breakfast are extras but very convenient and a choice of what to eat.

Ms. Sheraline at the front desk was very sweet and personable. She went over and beyond and was the brightest part of our stay with this hotel. As far as Ebony, her customer service is very poor. She’s short patient and slightly rude. I asked for towels, was interrupted and rushed off the phone just for her to still not have towels come to our room. When I called again Ms. Sheraline was working and she had towels come within minutes and even did a follow up call to make sure we got them. She’s great.
