The room is dirty and was told it's a sound proof room. People around us are being super loud. I'm not happy at all. Plus there is a tractor and trailer running outside in the parking lot super loud. It is midnight and I can not go to sleep with all the noise. I was also charged another $30 on my card after checking in. This has been the worst experiences I've ever had with a hotel with such good reviews.

I am not even sure they cleaned the room we stayed in. My pillow smelt like someone’s dirty head..the table had something stuck on it, the pull out couch had a ripped up sheet of plastic over it with a big stain in the middle. I wouldn’t be staying here again. Not to mention the room across the hall had their door open and being obnoxious
