The first day we got there the toilets were blocked and we were told there isn’t maintenance, and was given a plunger. I don’t know how the house keeping person that downed the room sis not report it.

Great price, okay hotel…as expected

The hotel was fine but they were not able to give me the room I booked with two beds and instead gave me a king with a pull out couch that was not very comfortable. We made it work though. Pool was not appealing.

My husband, two littles and I just needed a hotel for the night until we could get our rental car in the morning. Be aware they have NO airport SHUTTLE! We had to pay $50 extra for our Uber just to get there and back! I definitely would've paid more for a better hotel just to have the shuttle, had I have known that. What airport hotel doesn't have a shuttle!? I'm airline crew so this is unheard of to me. It made me realize how spoiled we are. The hotel itself was okay. One elevator had an unpleasant smell to it. The rooms were clean enough. Our fitted sheet kept falling off the bed which was annoying at 4am. Their staff was really friendly. The breakfast was pretty decent - eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, waffles and basic cold things. On a Saturday it ended at 10am. What sold me was another reviewer who said it was "the best breakfast ever." I would definitely beg to differ. Like I said, I'm airline crew. I stay at different hotels for a living. With that being said, I guess I would stay here again if I were in a pinch AND they had an airport shuttle. Otherwise, I'd pay more for a better hotel.

Time for a deep cleaning

The room and shower were not clean, the floor was sticky and the sheets had a stain on them. The shower had long dark hairs on it and the floor of the shower was dirty.
