We were in the area for an MUSC visit. The hotel is very close to Patriots Point, MUSC, and other Mt Pleasant/Charleston highlights and is The price for the room was good. The breakfast area was small and breakfast items were limited, but the choices were good.

If traveling with pets.. don’t.

Good location and clean rooms. Pet friendly but not accommodating. Pet fee was pretty standard. Dogs were not allowed to be unattended which was not clear on the website. I would have booked elsewhere had I known. They also had pet owners fill out a form with information about the pets which was off putting. I booked a king bed and was given 2 doubles with no conversation or acknowledgment that they were not giving me the room I booked. Check in staff was not pleasant. I would not book this hotel again.

Service was very good, breakfast was well done and the ladies working there were very helpful. Room was clean and well stocked. Some damage noted in the shower but nothing crazy to speak of. Noted that Body Lotion was placed in shower instead of conditioner which was an interesting choice. Overall it was a very nice stay and would stay again.

Our room was on the first floor and was very humid at times. The carpet seemed to create a dingy smell. The room was clean on arrival but the shower could have used some more thorough cleaning. They clean every 3rd day; check in day does not count as day 1. Our room never got cleaned for a 4 night stay I guess because I asked for a cleaning a day early and they couldn’t get to it due to how busy it was, but it still didn’t get cleaned the following day when it was scheduled to be cleaned. They were friendly and had breakfast. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again but did the job.
